Campaigning for Nicholas Soames MP

On Saturday the “Soames Army” formed again to go down and help out in Mid-Sussex for the upcoming council elections – and what a success it was. The 30 of us down there managed to deliver 13,000 leaflets in 4 hours!
The day finished as always with a huge buffet and bar provided by Nicholas at the local Conservative club. I want to give a very big thank you from all of us at UCL Conservatives to Nicholas for inviting us down and providing the refreshments. A great day out in Sussex that was fun and very important – we made a real contribution to the day!
We finished the day off by getting the train back up to London. Full review of the day in the next issue of The Caerulean although special mention must go to Eamonn and Stuart for discovering and naming the “Soames” drink!
The “Soames Army” was disbanded for another year at Potion – where else?

Sorry, Starbuck, we ran out of ginger ale years ago. How about a Diet Soames instead?

They are just as nice as well! Big Thanks to Soames there, what a man! Pretty brave allowing a bunch of Tories free range on a bar!
