TRG Christmas Reception
The Tory Reform Group Christmas party is always good and this year was no diffferent. Held in the East India club, on St James’s Square, with Lord Walker of Worcester as the guest of honour. Lord Walker gave a good speech covering most areas of his political life. For all those interested in CF elections he did tell us that when he was Chairman of the Young Conservatives they had around 250,000 paid up members - beats the ‘claimed’ 15,000 we have now!
The night finished with cake, to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the TRG’s publication, before retiring upstairs for more drinks - a good night! Photos from the night can be viewed here.
