This week’s events

Just a quick post to remind you all that at UCL tomorrow night we will be hosting a drinks receiption with Jeremy Hunt MP. Mr Hunt is the Shadow Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport and MP for South West Surrey. He has taught English in Japan, worked in PR and founded the successful Hotcourses the UK’s largest publisher of guides to help people choose course and colleges.

The event starts tomorrow at 7:30pm and takes place in the Haldane Room, dress code is smart casual.

During this event Iain will be around selling tickets to the sTRG receiption with former Prime Minister John Major. The main receiption takes place at 6pm on Wednesday 25th November (location announced 24 hours prior to event). For TRG members tickets are £12 and for non-member £17. The dress code for this event is lounge suits for men and formal attire for ladies.

  1. Why is this event posted on the 23rd November page? Surely an event taking plavce on the 24th November should be posted on the 24th November page??

  2. It’s posted the day before to give people notice that it is taking place so that they can attend.
