And the winner is…

Earlier today UCL Union organised the Societies Colour and Awards ceremony to honour those who have contributed to the running of the 80 Societies here at UCL. It is with great pleasure that congratulations go to seven members of the Conservative Society. Emma Double, Brian Middleton and Mandy Smith were awarded Commendations, Asa Bennett and Laura-Rose Saunders were awarded Society Colours, and Iain Martin and Kieran Weisberg were awarded Centenaries.

It was also at this event that societies as a whole were acknowledged. UCL Conservative Society was a runner up for ‘Societies Publication of the Year’, President Kieran Weisberg won ‘Societies Personality of the Year’ and the Society won the title of  ‘Overall Society of the Year’.

In celebration of this news we shall be meeting at the Union tomorrow night at 8pm for celebatory drinks. See you all there!
